Nepal is home to countless bright, ambitious scholars capable of thriving on the global academic stage where many of whom are fully capable of earning prestigious, merit-based scholarships, fellowships and research grants for Master’s PhD and Post-Doctorate level awarded directly by the world's leading universities, governments, and international institutions. What often stands between them and that opportunity isn't ability. It's guidance that navigating complex eligibility criteria, building a compelling research narrative, and meeting the exacting standards each funding body demands.

That gap is why we founded Scholars Hub in 2024 where our team brings together more than 15 years of combined experience in international education and research counseling, and we've built our work around a single purpose that is to assist Nepalese scholars secure these opportunities, without the financial burden that too often stands in the way of world-class research and scholarship.

We understand this is rarely a quick journey as it typically eight to twelve months of careful, deliberate work, from identifying the right opportunity through to a successful outcome. We stand beside every scholar we work with throughout that journey, because we believe their success is not just a personal achievement, It's also a national investment in Nepal's research, its institutions, and its future.

Our History

A story that began with a question no one else was asking: why should merit alone not be enough to unlock the world's best opportunities? Nepal has never lacked brilliance. What it lacked was a bridge, a way for its most capable scholars, researchers, and academicians to reach the fully funded, merit-based opportunities the rest of the world had long since claimed. Scholars Hub was built to be that bridge.

Where it started? Scholars Hub was founded not by newcomers testing an idea, but by a team of academic and research veterans who had spent over a decade and a half proving appropriate counselling and mentorship for students, scholars and researchers in global best opportunities. They had watched, year after year, brilliant applicants fall short because not for lack of merit, but for lack of strategy, mentorship, and someone in their corner who understood how global scholarships, fellowships and research grants committees actually evaluate applicants. That gap became our founding purpose.

How we grew? What began as focused scholarship guidance did not stay small for long. Each success story brought new trust, and with that trust, new responsibility to widen our reach, deepen our expertise, and build the infrastructure a genuinely global mission requires. Our understanding of the world's most competitive and prestigious scholarships, fellowships and research grants programs grew equally deep, not through surface familiarity, but through years of close study and experience of what distinguishes a strong application from a winning one. Growth, for us, was never about doing more. It was about being there for longer, and more completely, in every scholar's journey.

A mission bigger than admissions. We came to see something larger in our work that every scholar we helped send abroad was not a departure from Nepal, but an investment in it. That insight reshaped our ambition. We are building a platform to connect Nepali scholars scattered across the globe in a single community of expertise. Besides, we are also planning to work to extend research grants to outstanding scholars whose work can directly shape Nepal's technological, economic, and sustainable future.

The standard we hold ourselves to: We measure our history not in the number of applications filed, but in the doors that opened because we refused to let potential go unrecognized. Every eight-to-twelve-month of complicated application journey we walk alongside a scholar it is built on one belief that global opportunity is earned by merit.

Where we're headed. Our story will progressively continue. Every scholarship or fellowship secured, every research grant awarded, every Nepali scholar connected to a global academic platform adds another chapter to our journey. Each achievement represents more than individual success. It contributes to a larger vision of knowledge, innovation, and progress for Nepal.
